the bathroom was laughably small i swear i could brush my teeth while sitting on the toilet maybe even shower at the same time it wasn't exactly the spa experience i was hoping for the breakfast selection was rather limited it was like i was raiding a sad pantry more than enjoying a proper italian breakfast i guess my expectations were a tad too high. what's more there wasn't even proper shower just a hose connected to the wall so the entire bathroom became a swimming pool after each shower

The breakfast included tasty croissants. The room offered lovely views of trees and a church spire. The beds were very comfortable. The staff booked taxis efficiently, too.
The shower sat right on top of the toilet, it was only big enough for one person.

the bathroom setup was inconvenient. the shower lacked a proper enclosure, so water splashed everywhere. this made the small space even more cramped and difficult to manage..

The location was PERFECT. The staff was helpful at all times. Breakfast was basic, YUMMY, and plentiful!!! I could store my luggage after checkout. This was very convenient.
The elevator is quite old and SMALL. It barely fits two people.

The light, bright room was not big, but it was okay, with comfy beds. The room included nice big towels for our use. Very efficient air conditioning was available in the room, GREAT.

The staff at the reception was nice and friendly, always willing to help. One of the senior receptionists took EXCELLENT care of us during breakfast. The cleaning ladies kept our rooms clean and smelling very nice EVERY day.

I really liked that the staff helped me with directions. it was very useful. the breakfast was so good and diverse too. the rooftop solarium was a nice surprise. I loved relaxing there after exploring.
the slow lift was sometimes a bit annoying though. it is a little thing, but still inconvenient.
